CHILDRENS POLICY

Whilst
some hotels/camps accept children, others will only accept on request so family
bookings will have to be on request at the discretion of the relevant
lodges. No children u/3 will be
confirmed

Children
(defined as 11 – 4) sharing with their parents - 50% of the rate.

Children
in their own lodges will pay 100% of the applicable rate

Depending
on the ages of the children, it is at the lodge’s discretion as to which
activities they may be allowed to take part on.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Ñ
All
bookings will be held by the Central Reservations Office as provisional, until
payment has been collected from the client.
Only then will they revert to a confirmed status.

cancelled 15 days from travel - 50%

cancelled 7 days from travel - 100% cancellation fee

All
cancellation are reviewed on merit and where possible the Central Booking
office will take this up with the Camp/Hotel concerned. However it is at the discretion of the Camp
as to whether the cancellation charge is raised.
PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
Ñ
It
is Camp/Hotel policy to require payment in full before date of travel. Failure to do so will result in the booking
being cancelled or the clients being asked to pay cash on arrival
